Kasztelańska Island in Krobia
As part of renovating the water reservoir around Kasztelańska Island in Krobia a steel culvert made of MultiPlate MP200 type VF8 was built.
The facility enables canoeing trips on the reservoir and contributes to the improvement of environmental conditions. Due to the restoration of the water cycle, the ditch is less exposed to overgrowing with vegetation, which significantly increases its aesthetic value of the historical part of the town.

Bachorza Duża Canal
The 13.25m long MultiPlate VM11 corrugated steel structure was used to build a culvert at km 4 + 485 of the Bachorza Duża Canal in central Poland.
The culvert is closed with a steel gate valve, which allows to maintain and stabilize the water at the required level. The exit basin, the bottom and the slopes of the riverbed are reinforced with gabion mattresses.
Restoration of the Wiczliński Stream
Restoration of the Wiczliński Stream in Gdynia - a project aiming at stabilization and management of rainwater & snow meltwater in the western districts of the city of Gdynia in Poland. Apart from its main function, the stream and it’s surroundings have also a recreational role as a walking spot and a leisure area.
As part of this nice investment, three culverts made from SuperCor corrugated plates were built, fitting perfectly into the environment.

Triple SuperCor on S61 near Lomza
New video avaliable on out YT channel - recorded after assembly of three SuperCor® steel structures over the S61 expressway in Poland, where the overpass for animals is being built. The PZGd-20 engineering facility located at km 12 + 025.00 consists of two flexible structures type SC-27NA Special and one SC16NA Special. The soil-steel structure assembly was carried out by ViaCon, while the general contractor for the works on the Kolno - Stawiski section is the consortium: Strabag Sp. z o.o. and Strabag Infrastruktura Południe Sp. z o.o.
Culvert over Struga Radzynska
The old single-span reinforced concrete bridge over the Struga Radzyńska in Świecie was replaced by a new culvert. The load-bearing structure of the new facility is made of a steel, helically corrugated HelCor® pipe with an oval-circular cross section. The photos were taken by Mirosław Rotkiewicz (ViaCon Polska).
Bridge on the Bauda River
Due to its bad technical condition after widespread flooding the old culvert on the Bauda River was replaced by a new bridge. The facility, consisting of SuperCor® SC-6NA flexible structure and ViaBlock retaining walls delivered by ViaCon, enables safe vehicle traffic as well as free waterflow of the Bauda River.
Tanks at Szybownikow Street
A set of four underground retention tanks made from HelCor® pipes has been delivered to the worksite at Szybowników Street in Leszno. A single line is 61.2 meter long and consists of a pipe with internal diameter of 2,500 mm. Works are conducted by Strabag in the course of the project of reconstructing the national road no. 12 in Leszno, Poland.
Animal underpass on S61
Let us present the underpass for animals on the S61 road in Poland, in the Kolno - Stawiski section. The MD/PZDzs-1 bridge at km 1 + 973.84 (kilometre of national road no. 63) is one of a few engineering structures enabling the movement of animals within the investment. The load-bearing structure is a flexible structure made of our UC-29 NA Special 56U corrugated steel plates. The assembly of UltraCor® took place in June 2020.

Fourteen engineering structures will be raised up within the scope of Nowe Miasto Lubawskie beltway that is under construction. The WS-3 facility will help to provide a collision-free two-level crossing between the main road no.15 and the local road. The underpass consists of SuperCor® galvanized corrugated steel plates.
Bridge over the Kotowski Stream
S19 Zdziary - Rudnik
Take a closer look at the overpass WS 09, located near Nowa Wieś in south-east Poland. It is one of the facilities raised up within the scope of a large-scale project of expanding the express road no.19. The new overpass based on a SuperCor® flexible structure will provide a collision-free two-level crossing for S19 and a local road.
The steel structure was produced in our factory in Rydzyna.

Acrow 700XS in Hungary
Acrow700XS DDR2H-EW served as a temporary bridge for over a year to provide the access between M6 highway and MOL oil refinery during the reconstruction of the original bridge over the railway line on Százhalombatta - Ercsi route in Hungary. One may find a drone video presenting the bridge on our YT channel.
Port of Gdynia
The reconstruction of a culvert on the Chyloński Brook was part of the works carried out within the project of the construction of intermodal infrastructure at the logistics centre of the Port of Gdynia in Poland. The new culvert was constructed with 23-metre-long HelCor steel pipe. The banks of the brook are protected against erosion by geosynthetics and gabion mattresses. Stalowa Wola and Nisko Bypass
Two corrugated steel plate structures have been assembled on the worksite of Stalowa Wola and Nisko Bypass in Poland, as a part of the ED-1.1 engineering facility which carries out the national road no. 77 over a service road and a cooling water discharge canal. Hemus motorway in Bulgaria
Six MultiPlate structures made of corrugated steel plates were delivered to the construction site of section Buchovtsi - Belokopitovo of Hemus motorway in Bulgaria. On the basis of each of the structures new underpasses will be built. Hemus motorway is currently one of the largest infrastructure projects carried out in Bulgaria. After its completion, drivers will be able to cover the distance of 420 kilometres from Sofia to the Black Sea coast using a fast and safe road. The MultiPlate structures were produced by ViaCon Turkey, and the project was led by ViaCon Bulgaria.
