We are pleased to announce that we are a Silver Sponsor of the 2nd Congress on Water Management and Flood Protection, which will be held in Krakow, Poland on September 6-8, 2023.
Last year’s Congress fully confirmed the need to include rainwater in flood safety management and the need for an integrated and comprehensive approach to both topics. The issues of urban water management and flood protection of non-urban areas are increasingly intertwined. An integrated and comprehensive approach to both topics is becoming a requirement of our times. Multifaceted discussion, setting new directions and identifying good practices are more important today than ever before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2nd Congress on Water Management and Flood Protection will feature presentations by representatives of institutions responsible for shaping the legal and financial framework for water management, well-known scientists and experts, and representatives of companies operating in this sector. There will also be industry debates and presentations of the latest technical solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The organizers – Wydawnictwo In\u017cynieria – have scheduled practical workshops, panel discussions, technical sessions, an industry exhibition and as much as a technical tour. The gala event will also include the presentation of the prestigious 2023 Engineering TITANS awards in the field of water management and flood protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event will be held in a hybrid formula: it will be possible to participate online via the AkademiaInzynieria.com platform or directly in Krakow in a new location: the historic, beautifully restored Bielany Water Treatment Plant building, located in the most charming district of Krakow, right next to Las Wolski.
